The neighborhood, Latham Park, is one of Greensboro’s most desirable to live/purchase in. Latham Park itself is a short walk away and makes for fantastic morning and evening walks. The park is surrounded by some of Greensboro’s largest & finest old real estate that is really neat to peek at while on a walk or jog. The neighborhood is very much family oriented as well as considered very safe. It’s not uncommon to see an officer drive by at night to ensure everything is as calm as always. I’m not aware of public transportation however, of course, Uber and Lyft are available usually very fast with response times. The other side of the house is another private Airbnb that guests will possibly be in during your stay. There is an unused bedroom that we use for cleaning supplies that is between you and the other part of the house. No walls are shared with the other side, the smaller side is so far removed from yours that you literally can’t hear a screaming baby. The ONLY shared part of the property is the backyard fire pit that both private sides of the property can enjoy together if they’d like!
